Since 1997, Attorney Robert A. Feldman has been proudly representing clients throughout South Florida, including all of Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. His main areas of practice include Bankruptcy, Divorce, and Family Law.

With regard to bankruptcy law, our firm has been designated as a Federal Debt Relief Agency pursuant to the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. We assist people seeking relief under the bankruptcy code.

Education

Graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Computer Science.

Graduated with Honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997.

Experience

In practice since being admitted to the Florida Bar in October 1997. Qualified to practice in State Court throughout Florida and in Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida. 

Main area of practice focuses on consumer bankruptcy with a focus on protecting debtor’s rights. 

Since 1997, Robert A. Feldman has personally handled thousands of bankruptcy cases as well as hundreds of divorce and family law matters throughout Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties.
